Doctor appointment went very well. #
Grocery shopping for the weekend and a bit beyond done. Home now and waiting for the kids to get home. #
It is quite a beautiful day outside. Letting the kids enjoy it a bit. #

My wife and my mom ganged up on me today to enforce a day of rest for me. I've made the best of it. #
Feeling hurt and angry and scared and wishing I knew how to fix it all. #
Things are some better, hoping for more improvement tomorrow. This doesn't have to do with Kate's stroke, other personal stuff instead. #
