So there was some snow and ice yesterday. Officially we got around .2″ of ice. School was closed again today, since the roads still hadn’t recovered completely. I’m 33 years old today. I’ve had a nice day. The kids really loved celebrating my birthday with me, and I enjoyed having them do it.
Kate and I used to drive by this stolen cow (it wasn’t stolen at the time, of course) on a regular basis when we lived in Chesapeake. Just kinda odd.
Peter Jennings died last night. He’s not been on the news for a while, since he announced he had lung cancer back in April. Still, the news won’t quite be the same any more. Just finshed Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Wow. When does book 7 come out?
Kate is finished. I’ve a little over half way through. I hope to be finished by Wednesday night.
Kate picked us up two copies of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince today. I finished rereading Order of the Phoenix this afternoon, and I’ve started in on the new one. Kate is well ahead of me, she finished rereading V last night.
I shaved today. I mean for real. Pics were taken and I’ll try to get them up before too long.
