		<description>One of our favorite shows too!  We&#039;ve seen them all (I hope) a couple times now.  We use Alton&#039;s technique for cooking our steaks now... coat meat with oil and salt, then pan goes in oven to heat up... steak goes in pan for 30 seconds, turn over and go another 30 seconds, then into the oven for 2 minutes, turn over, two more minutes, take out and rest.  We use Costco&#039;s New York Strip steaks (sometimes we slice them in half horizontally because they&#039;re so thick).</description>
