So around 4pm today, Xander spiked a fever of 104.7°, so it was off to the ER for us. Kate called me at work and I headed out to meet them there. We got there at about the same time. I took Xander from the van and hurried him in while Kate got Mira out. [...]

Xander is home sick today. He’s had a fever since yesterday morning. It was around 100° yesterday. It was 101.9° this morning. He’s tired but seems fine other than those two things. There has been a fever virus going around his school, so we suspect it’s that.
