Xander wrote a story using the movable alphabet at school on Friday. He didn’t have time to finish it or get it written down since school was about over for the day, so his teacher took a picture of it for him and sent it to us.
They have him write phonetically. The translation follows (with the last few words added on that Xander told me he intended to put, but didn’t have time). Also, for some reason, he left the T’s off the first two sencences, he tried to explain why to me, but I couldn’t quite get it.
The first words they say are “EA Sports, it’s in the game! NASCAR 2005: Chase for the Cup.” Then my dad selects load game. We come to a week and choose the first choice, which is hope is a race but it might be qualifying, but first we have [to practice]
He was very proud of his work. I happened to be picking him up that day, and he exploded out of the class room to tell me about it.
