Heat Wave

So we’ve had a hot streak the last week and a half or so. We’ve been over 90° every day since June 16th. The last two days we’ve hit 102° It’s predicted to get better once this front goes through.

Kate picked us up two copies of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince today. I finished rereading Order of the Phoenix this afternoon, and I’ve started in on the new one. Kate is well ahead of me, she finished rereading V last night.

Fireworks

We watched the Leesburg fireworks with Xander and Mira from Xander’s room tonight. They both enjoyed them. The Weekend
