Mira has starting saying, “backpack”.
Well, sorta. She actually says “ba pa.” That’s with two short a sounds.
She came up to me this morning holding her little packback and looked me right in the eyes and said, “ba pa.” Which translates to, “Daddy, I’d like for you to help me put my backpack on please.”
It’s really quite cute.

We dropped Xander off for the first day of school today. He did a great job. He’s in the same classroom with the same aide this year, but with a new teacher.
He did a wonderful job. He didn’t want to get out of bed this morning, but we had that problem every day last year as well. Once we got him up and fed, he was ready and excited. He was thrilled to be back in his classroom with his friends and his favorite works. He had a very happy face when we left him. I hope the rest of the day goes as well for him.
GameSpy has up a review of Pikmin 2.
