Kate and I had lunch today at The Buffalo Wing Factory. It was a near religious experience. It just so happens that the Tuesday special is a 25 wing sampler, 5 of 5 different styles.
We had
- Spicy Crab
- Hot (that’s a 2 on their 6 point scale)
- Caribbean
- New Orleans
- Teriyaki
That’s in the rough order of my preference for them. All of them were yummy to some extent. The Spicy Crab was covered in Old Bay though, and I think almost anything tastes better that way.
One of the best things about the place is that even though it’s essentially a sports bar, the whole place is non-smoking. And they show the race on Sunday as well. So we might just have to make an trip out there one weekend with Xander. We’re pretty sure he’ll love it.
Ahh. I remember when spicy was anti-Ty but that over 1/3 of our lifetimes ago. You’ll have to take me there when I finally make it up to see the little ones (and you guys of course.)
