Things about my life.

SSX and Myst

So I bought two games this weekend

First I bought SSX, which was one of the PS2 release games. I’d been avoiding it despite the rave reviews because, let’s face it, it’s a snowboarding game. So I’m over at Mike’s house Monday and he has it and we end up playing it, and I fell in love with it. It really is an incredible game. The graphics and the game play are both amazing. My heart actually beats faster when I’m playing, it’s that much of a rush. So anyway, I picked it up on Friday.

So yesterday I picked up the Collector’s Edition of Myst III: Exile. So far so good. I managed to get to the first of three Ages last night. Took about 3 hours, I guess. I think that the central Age is easier than the other ages. Or maybe I just solved the easiest puzzle first and that’s why I’m in the Age I am now. In any case, I had a blast doing it, I just hope the game doesn’t run out on me too soon. If you enjoyed Myst and/or Riven, you’ll want to pick this one up
